damanvipwin.com is an independent promotional guide site for the Daman Games app. The Daman Games Editorial Team runs it. We are not the Daman Games operator. We do not handle real-money transactions or gaming accounts. Contact us via Telegram.
2. Information we collect
Analytics data (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. GA4 collects:
- Pages visited, time on site, and navigation paths

3. Affiliate links and tracking

GA4 keeps analytics data for 14 months, then deletes it automatically. We keep newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe. We do not store any other personal data.
6. Your rights (India — DPDP Act 2023)
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you the right to:
- Access information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erase your personal data (right to erasure)
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, as provided under the Act
Want to exercise these rights? Contact us via Telegram with your request. We will confirm what data, if any, we hold under your identifier. That's typically just an email address, if you subscribed to the newsletter. Then we act on valid requests. This site does not require account registration. It also does not collect financial or government-ID data. So most visitors have no personal data on file with us beyond anonymised analytics.
7. Children's privacy
This site, and the real-money app it covers, are restricted to users aged 18 and over. This matches the 18+ notice shown on every page. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. The newsletter sign-up form does not ask for age. But it is meant for adult readers researching real-money gaming platforms. If we learn that data from a minor has been submitted, we will delete it. 8. International data transfers
Google LLC, a US-based company, operates Google Analytics 4. Analytics data collected on this site may be processed on servers outside India. This is part of Google's global infrastructure. This transfer happens under Google's own data processing terms and safeguards. We do not separately send your data abroad outside of this analytics pipeline. No payment, identity, or gaming-account data ever passes through this site's servers. That's because registration and deposits happen entirely on the operator's own platform.
9. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal to websites. No formal industry or legal standard says how sites must respond to DNT. This site currently does not change its analytics behaviour based on DNT headers. Want to stop analytics tracking regardless of your browser's DNT setting? 10. Security
This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. We do not collect payment card numbers, passwords or sensitive financial data. Deposits, withdrawals and KYC documents are handled entirely on the Daman Games operator's own platform, not on this site.
